If a company needs many lines, extensions, and features, the monthly fee may grow beyond what they want to pay.

By purchasing the equipment and maintaining it themselves, a larger company can often save money. An analog system is not easily upgradable like a virtual system, but can be upgraded with a specialist in this area.
